the wisdom of the
body is real.

Craniosacral therapy (CST) offers a gentle, nervous-system-informed approach that supports the body’s natural capacity to release tension, restore balance, and heal.

BOOK A SESSION

Somatic therapy supports mind~body healing and connection.

CST uses light, hands-on touch to work with the nervous system, connective tissue, and subtle rhythms of the body.

Support for a wide range of physical and emotional aspects of healing.

  • Headaches and migraines

  • Neck, back, and shoulder pain

  • Jaw tension or TMJ discomfort

  • Pelvic pain

  • Fibromyalgia and widespread pain

  • Pain connected to stress, trauma,
    or burnout

Rather than forcing change, sessions focus on allowing your system to soften long-held protective patterns that often contribute to chronic pain, stress, and tension.

  • BCST is a gentle, restorative somatic therapy that regulates the nervous system and enhances the body’s natural healing ability by addressing imbalances in the craniosacral system.

  • Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) is a gentle, non-invasive, hands-on session for the whole body. The client remains fully clothed and the practitioner's touch is light and still.

The session starts with a conversation about any health concerns, followed by a discussion of a brief health history and the intention for the session. During the session, the client is comfortably lying on a massage table and the therapist may start at the feet, head, or sacrum, depending on the client's needs. The therapist will work with any area of the body that needs attention, using the most comfortable approach for the client.

  • At the end of the session, you may experience:

    • Feeling relaxed yet energized

    • Improved sleep patterns

    • Deeper, fuller breathing

    • Increased body awareness

    • Emotional release, which may include feelings of joy, sadness, or laughter during or after the session
